● Omnidirectional Rotary Grinding Head:The grinding plate body is injection molded from high-hardness yellow engineering plastic, possessing excellent compressive strength. Its top is equipped with an innovative 360° omnidirectional rotary joint, and flexible joint axes are provided on the sides, allowing for multi-angle free adjustment (Angle Adjustable), ensuring the grinding plate closely conforms to the work surface under various complex working angles.
● Metal Serrated Clamping System:Each end of the base plate is equipped with a set of reinforced metal clamps secured by wing nuts. The clamp openings feature dense serrated patterns, a design that greatly enhances the grip on sandpaper, ensuring no slippage even when using sandpaper of different thicknesses or materials during high-speed reciprocating friction.
● High-Elasticity Sponge Cushion:A layer of thickened blue soft sponge pad is firmly adhered beneath the bright yellow plastic base plate. The buffer layer is the same size as the base plate, providing elastic cushioning so that the sandpaper automatically adapts to minor wall imperfections, preventing excessive localized wear and resulting in a smoother, more refined overall sanding finish.
● Multi-section telescopic aerial work pole:The pole is precisely assembled from high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy tubing. Its total length in its basic retracted state is 143 cm, and it can be fully extended to a maximum length of 366 cm via a smooth internal rotation locking mechanism. The lower middle section of the pole is covered with an extended black anti-slip grip, improving grip comfort and effectively reducing shock when lifting the pole with force.
